Please contact Woods and Waters Labradors, LLC for availability and waitlist information before officially placing a deposit.

I understand and that my $250.00 deposit is non-refundable. I am not guaranteed my puppy of choice or gender of choice; however, I understand that I can continue to defer my place in line until I get the puppy I am looking for.

I also understand that the timing of the litters is uncontrolled, as well as a successful pregnancy. We are not able to control the timing of heat cycles. We also have the right to cancel reservations due to the best interest of the parents involved. The health of the parent dogs is superior to that of having a litter. In the event that a breeding is canceled, I will be given other upcoming options. Heat cycles, timing, and pregnancy are not guaranteed. 

Gender and puppy count are not guaranteed until the birth of the puppies. If the gender you prefer is not available for your pick from the litter you placed a deposit, your deposit will be moved to the next available litter. 

I understand that clients choose in the order of the reservation/deposit lists and clients can choose any of the available puppies at their selection time and placement. If a client is not in attendance nor is reachable by phone during their 30-min selection timeframe, then they will forfeit their placement. 

When clients pay a non-refundable deposit, they are allowed to choose only ONE puppy. If I want two puppies, I understand that two deposits are required. 

I am aware that puppies can have certain common ailments upon coming home. Urinary tract infections, parasites, ear infections, and allergy issues are all common. While we routinely deworm and monitor for potential issues, sometimes the stress of leaving the breeder causes issues to flare up. I understand it will be my responsibility to treat and care for my new puppy once they leave the breeder. 

This reservation/deposit fee is a placeholder in line for the future selection day.

Woods and Waters Labradors has the right to keep 1st pick of either gender at any point in time.

Woods and Waters Labradors, LLC does not sell breeding rights.
